- How to order from Aerothotic.pk?
Whether you are a visitor or a regular online buyer, to find any item you need to write a few words in upper right corner of the main page. The website will display related results. For a better match, restrict your search terms or select the product category under the drop-down menu.

Once you select the appropriate category, we assists you to find the product which you think and want to buy. It will make the search easier for users.
- Position: It’s the automatic arrangement of products according to the listing updated.
- Product name: It will assemble the products in alphabetical order.
- Price: Categorize items with lowest price at the top and highest price at the bottom.
Furthermore, you can use shopping options at the right corner of product category page to filter the collection available in the category. It is based specifically on offered Colors and Price Range. The filters will modify in accordance to the product category you choose. If you couldn’t discover searched item on our website, contact Customer Service to find the availability of the stock.
Two Ways of Checkouts:
After determining the product you like to request, two options ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Buy It Now’ will be shown on product’s detail page. Before checking out, you need to select color, size and quantity of the items required.
You can also choose the product and add it in your wish list. Subsequently, you can continue shopping or begin to checkout. You can access to your wish list at any time by clicking on the cart. Please note adding a product on wish list does not reserve the item.
Note: Products in your wish list will manifest the latest price shown on the product’s detail page. This price may vary from the price the product was when you first added it in your wish list.
The two ways of checking out are listed below;
- Buy it now (Cart can’t be updated)
- Add to cart (Cart can be updated)
Quick Checkout will lead you directly to the shipping page where you will be required to fill in the form with your legitimate details including Name, Address, Postal Code, Contact Number, etc. After providing your details, click on NEXT, which will proceed the process and inquire about the payment method. Review your details, choose the payment method, then enter your card details, and PLACE ORDER. Soon after your order request will be received and shipping process will start.
Add to Cart refers to the process in which you can add the product to the basket and can modify according to the need. After selecting chief requirements and clicking on Add to cart you can change item quantity and update the shopping cart as well. You can also remove from the cart by clicking on delete option. Later you can proceed to checkout which will open shipping detail page where you need to fill in the form. Clicking on NEXT will lead you to payment method page on which you will recheck your personal information. Choose the right payment method. We accept cash on delivery. Confirm your order and an email will be sent right to you.
- What are the shipping charges? How long does the shipping process take?
We are currently offering free delivery all over Pakistan which may change by the time.
- ONCE I ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
We opt to deliver the parcel as soon as possible. Typically, we offer same day delivery in Karachi and it takes 4 to 5 working days in other cities to deliver the product.
Working days refer to Monday to Friday with the exemption of main Pakistan holidays.

- What are the payment methods?
We offer cash on delivery method or you can pay through the card as well.
- What is the return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return and exchange the ordered product. You can contact our customer service through the social media platforms or simply fill the details on the return and exchange page to speed up the process.
You will have to send the pair back to us through any courier service and once we receive it, we will process your exchange or refund the amount through bank transfer or easy paisa on immediate basis.

- How to track my order details?
You will be provided with a tracking number via email. It will help to check your order status directly. You can also track your orders via https://trackcourier.io/ for domestic orders.
- How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, an order once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. But, if your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then you will have to wait to receive the parcel and follow our return & exchange policy.
